Sam's Dock delivers premium retail training to the marine industry through a relationship-centered selling philosophy that is enthusiastic, casual, and entertaining for every member of a dealership's team. Trainer Sam Dantzler brings to bear his deep knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm to provide a robust and easy-to-follow path to business profitability.
Since its initial release in 2015 Sam’s Dock has expanded significantly beyond the sales department to provide relationship-centered training for service, parts, and finance departments, as well as courses for administrators and managers. In this robust series of courses and lessons, you’ll learn how to connect with customers on a personal level to drive measurable sales, create life-long customer relationships, build a work environment that your employees will love, and much more.
A basic subscription costs $350 per month and includes 10 “Seats” which can be assigned to anyone in your company (and across multiple locations) to provide access to the training content. Additional seats can be purchased at any time in bundles of 5 seats and a cost of $175 per month.
